About the Course
Workplace safety requirements can be challenging for small businesses that may not have a dedicated safety professional. Navigating OSHA for Small Businesses is designed to make workplace safety and OSHA requirements easier to understand and apply. Participants learn about key employer responsibilities, employee rights, hazard recognition, record keeping and other important safety considerations, with an emphasis on practical steps that can be implemented in the workplace. Rather than simply reviewing regulations, the course is intended to help small-business owners and managers understand where to begin, identify areas that may need attention, and develop a more effective approach to protecting their employees.
